The Beginners Guide To Murder

Right, so I haven't actually written anything new for a couple years now I reckon. What with the Lost Friends project and L.O.T.I. taking up most of my time there just hasn't been the need. However, after the release of Lost Friends P2, I decided to have a crack at writing some brand new stuff. Also I haven't really picked up the guitar for a while, so I thought that might be fun. From a lyric point of view I've had this idea about the genesis of a serial killer, who it effects and the surrounding investigation in my head for a while, so I thought seeing as I won't be needing anybody else to sing on it I should be able to knock it out quite quickly. I've set myself a deadline of end of the year, though it'll probably be October. The first 3 tracks are recorded, the first 2 mixed and finalised, but I've done this enough times to know that it can all change. The first half looks like this:

Grayscale

Life without colour

Weekday survival plan

Friday night legend

Saturday nights allright for murder

Remorse attack

Remember all of this could and probably will change.

Cheers

Rich
